How Saudi annual leave accrues
Article 109 of the Saudi Labor Law grants at least 21 days of paid annual leave a year, increasing to 30 days once the worker completes five consecutive years with the same employer. Leave builds up in proportion to the time worked — 1.75 days a month in the first five years, then 2.5 days a month.
