What Mukafi provides
Mukafi provides free, self-service calculators that estimate statutory end-of-service gratuity entitlements for the six GCC states, based on our reading of publicly available labour law.
Not legal or financial advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or tax advice. Using Mukafi does not create a lawyer-client relationship, an advisory relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Mukafi.
Accuracy, and your responsibility to verify
We work to keep every formula current and cite the specific law article we relied on. Even so, labour law changes, individual employment contracts can be more generous than the legal minimum, and edge cases — disciplinary dismissal, force majeure, sector-specific rules, and similar — may not be reflected in a general calculator. Always verify any figure with your employer, the relevant ministry of labour, or a qualified lawyer before relying on it.
No guarantee of outcome
Mukafi does not guarantee that your employer will pay the amount shown, and is not a party to any dispute between you and your employer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mukafi and the people who operate it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the calculators or content on this site.
Third-party links & partners
Links to government sources, HR/payroll software, or legal partners are provided for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites. If you're referred to a partner through the lead form, any engagement with them is governed by that partner's own terms.
Intellectual property
The Mukafi name, design, and calculator logic belong to Mukafi. You're welcome to link to Mukafi and share your results, but please don't copy or republish the site's code, design, or written content without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continuing to use Mukafi after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction from which you access Mukafi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.
